Our Spring Lunch-time Concert with German, British and American music!

Linda gained a scholarship from Westonbirt School, then went on to study singing and piano at the Royal College of Music for four years. After that, Linda worked for the concert promoter ‘impressario’, Raymond Gubbay, where she was involved in concert production and artist management.
As a choir member for over 20 years, Linda performed in major venues including the Royal Festival Hall, the Barbican, Fairfield Hall in Croydon, and Southwark and Guildford Cathedrals, as well as at events such as the BBC Sports Personality of the Year.
Ten years ago, Linda re-engaged with the piano, embarking on a process of further, focused study.

v Gentle and melodious Intermezzo in A Op.118 No. 2
v Contrasting, wistful Intermezzo in B flat minor Op.117 No. 2
The English composer Frank Bridge's imaginative and exciting Dainty Rogue: Molto allegro e vivo!
George Gershwin's romantic composition The Man I Love, based on his popular song of that title, The Dream of Olwen, a tuneful composition with wonderful chords and runs by the British composer Charles Williams from the film 'While I live'.
